Methods of Delivery:
Our standard method of delivery is Ground Shipping, front door parcel delivery, using UPS, Federal Express or USPS, which can take 3 – 8 business days.
However, we also offer “Next Day” delivery service, which is available at an additional charge, as shown in the shipping rate chart below. We also offer ‘Second-Day” delivery service which is based on the dimensional weight of the package to be shipped. Should you require Next-Day/Second-Day delivery for your order, please contact us at 610-321-2777 to arrange such. We must receive your Next Day/Second Day delivery order by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday in order for your order to be delivered the next/2nd business day. Please note that “Next-Day”/”Second-Day” orders placed on a Friday will arrive on the ensuing Monday/Tuesday, respectively.
We ship within the contiguous 48 states only. Shipments also cannot be delivered to P.O. BOX numbers.
To provide you with the highest quality possible, we ship your order directly from our operation, and hand inspect all items before they are shipped. We do not use a third party to ship our product, nor do we utilize drop shipping.
Our shipping charges cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.

When ordering during the holiday season (November/December), we would encourage you to be mindful of the date by when you need your order to arrive so that you can place it well enough in advance to ensure it will be delivered according to your timing needs. We strongly suggest this because shipping carriers are extremely busy during the holiday season, which sometimes creates delivery limitations.
Signature Release Requirements:
Please contact us at 610-321-2777 should your order require a signature release at the time of delivery, for which there is an additional $5.00 charge levied by the carrier, which we pass on to you as a charge.

Processing Timing:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 days of receiving your order. We fulfill orders and ship product on weekdays, Monday-Friday.
Should you require an order by a specific date, please call us directly at 610-321-2777 so that we can do our best to meet your timing needs.
An Order Confirmation will be issued to you at the time your order is processed. This Order Confirmation will serve as your receipt and will contain information such as your order number, products ordered and their associated cost, ship to/bill to address information, etc.

Out of Stock Items:
In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email regarding the estimated time when the item will become available and we will also provide you with the option to cancel your order for that item.
In appreciation for your having chosen Eleanor Russell for your gift giving needs, we are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping. This service is provided for both gifts that you request be shipped directly to the gift recipient, as well as any gift items being shipped to you.
Each gift is wrapped using our signature ‘bouquet’ presentation, then placed in a recycled brown craft box that is topped off with an abundance of ribbons. We also enclose a handsome card containing the personalized message of your choice.
Please note that in situations where the gift is quite large or fragile, we will resort to using the original inner packaging in which the item was shipped to us by the vendor, and will then gift wrap that package.
To receive our complimentary gift wrapping, just complete the ‘gift wrapping’ section that appears in the ‘Checkout’ portion of our website, being certain to share with us both the occasion for the gift and also the message you would like for us to place on the enclosure card.

Damaged Product Policy & Procedure:
We know that issues occasionally arise when a product may arrive broken or defective. Should this happen, you must notify us within 10 days of your receiving a damaged item in order to receive a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
When contacting us about a damaged item, please have your order number available. Please note that you may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box in which it was delivered to help us better understand the nature of the damage.
Once we approve your damaged product claim, a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment within 48 hours of our having approved the claim. Should you request a replacement for the damaged item you received, it will be provided and shipped to you at no cost.

Upon our receiving your return, we will inspect it, and provided it is received by us in its original condition, a credit will be applied to your credit card/other original form of payment within 48 hours of our having received your return. You will also be notified of this by email. Please note that should we receive your return after 5 PM on a Friday, then the credit might not be processed until the following Monday.
